Dr. Harad takes the time to listen, and addresses every concern. I was very anxious coming in due to my Health concerns Regarding my osteoporosis, which could impact my oral surgery decision. He explained everything to me in great detail. Additionally, he was knowledgeable about my medication and knew the Contraindications to the medication that I am currently on, as it pertains to the surgery. If I could I would have given him 10 stars. It is clear to me that Dr. Harad is tops in his field and I'm grateful.

Need TMJ treatment! You have found your spot. I’ve been receiving treatment from Dr. Herrod and his staff for a couple of years now. Everyone from front desk to medical staff, including Dr. Herrod are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They listen and work with their patients to get the best results possible. I whole heartedly recommend them if TMJ is your problem!

I want to start off saying that when it comes to dentists and appointments I could understand how people don’t want to go , but it would be very helpful for you all to know that where I just got my surgery done , and today marks day number 7 I can officially confirm that I had zero swollen face , had no pain from the moment I woke up , maybe because to prevent pain I took ibuprofen 600 later that day after surgery and then I follow up the instructions and took it for the first 2/3 days every 6 hours that could have been the reason why I felt great every day , but something that I want to point out is the comfort my surgeon provided me the day of surgery last thing I remember is , everything will be ok, I got you , and right after those words I woke up and the job was done , two days later I came in cuz I had some soup and I wanted to make sure nothing fell inside my extraction, and the way Dr. Robert Herrod took his time to make sure I was ok just tells me that’s the right place to be at , someone that comforts you , understands you and give you their full attention and love, and have a pleasant smile that makes u feel at home . that’s a place where patients would feel safe and ta

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kind and good people at the Plantation location. They are warm, caring and really made me feel at ease. I am a big baby and they treated me like I was the only patient there. Dr. Friedman takes his time and is very compassionate, every assistant I have had the pleasure to meet was an absolute joy. Thank you so much!

Dr. Herrod was good, I received a thorough examination and treatment for a painful salivary stone . He was compassionate, understanding and communicated well with me. He also prescribed antibiotics which greatly improved my pain and discomfort. I only find fault in that their office doesn't have a network of referrals set up to send people to for removal of stones that don't involve removing the entire salivary gland. I was flying solo so to speak to find someone. Ultimately on my own I found a Head and Neck surgeon who would remove just the stone. It would have been nice if their office said "we don't do that here but let s have you speak to so and so who does". Seems like the entire dental/medical community are out for themselves instead of focusing on patient care and positive results. The whole system is a sad reflection of our country's health care. That being said I would still recommend them and will refer if the opportunity arises.
